Shanahan Ridge
This was an older house that had been remodeled and flipped. The contractor used builder grade lighting and plumbing fixtures. We came in and redid all of the flooring and pain and selected all new lighting fixtures to bring the home up to the desired elegant modern design scheme.
The living room features a wonderful view of the Boulder valley and the Flatirons, and the furnishings in the living room were designed to accent those views. Modern styling in a soothing color scheme of light greys, creams and mustard worked well in the home. We added texture with wallpaper and all new accessories in the powder room, and a coffee bar was added to the kitchen to match the existing cabinets.
The office for the lady of the house includes a custom area rug, new desk and hutch, and beautiful draperies. The gentleman’s bathroom was completely removed and redesigned in a moody sophisticated grey and black design, and the walk-in shower with teak seat makes what was a small space seem large. The basement was finished with new carpet, built-ins in the office, and furnishings in the guest lounge, making it a productive space for work and entertaining.
